They were all taken continuous from the same spot. The zoomed in shot is from the 2nd frame above. You can see the the black grid behind the ball. KC ran through the fencing as she tried to slow/stop. At the time, I was surprised by the call, until I looked at the pictures.

Sorry to bring this back up. Have been trying to post the pictures for a while but kept getting an error. They think they have the issue resolved. So this more of a test than trying to reopen old wounds. The ball is on this side of the field side of the fence. Not sure if it went under or bounced over.

Dunk booth, hot spot the size of a strike zone. If they call it correct, no dunk. I bet a lot of our pitchers would show up!

The incentive package was pretty sweet! Free tuition vs paying big bucks to go someplace else... No brainer there..

As a NewCath grad, it does pain me to say it... But... Highlands is absolutely an excellent school district... Add on the incredible extra curricular activities, all of them - not just the athletics programs, it becomes hard to understand why someone wouldn't want their kid to go there. There must be something in the water cause I have avoided all koolaid products within city limits.

Those scaffolds were excellent for getting shots. Completely unobstructed views. Great angles. I was allowed for our first district game, then not for the 2nd citing "liability" issues. After seeing some others climb up and down, I could see why the NKU folks were concerned. It took several days, help from some key people, and signing a waiver to get permission to be up there for the region tournament.

I believe that the umpire started to call her out and switched as the ball came out. Need to look at the original file when I get home and see if it's in the shot to tell for sure.

She darn near had it. Can't fault that effort at all.
