Pendleton has beaten Campbell, Paris and Mason in the last few weeks, and they don't even get a mention? If his coaches and teammates let best player in the tournament Dontaie Allen do his thing, they could be the ones cutting down the nets.
Seems like they have let him do his thing all year have they not? Young man has had a successful season.

It is a moot point and there is going to be some good basketball played at Montgomery County in the next week. BUT the crowds would have been so much better at Mason County. It is basically just the region throwing away money having the tournament at the southern most part of the region or if the 37th decides to host it at the northern most. Don't know why the 37th wouldn't try to host it now.
It should be at the Fieldhouse but its not and so let's all just enjoy some good basketball and see who comes out of this crazy region.

Saw Calvary play last week. Well coached group. The 8th grader (Rusch?) is going to be a very nice player, already is.

Maybe Brossart is just a really good defensive team that takes you out of what you want to do? Hate when credit is not given where credit is due.

Jackson Crawford deserves a nod as one of the top players in the tenth region for sure. Agree 100%. Those results speak for themselves as well. Great season so far and more to come I'm sure.

If we are just looking at a year achievement award and its for a senior it still would have to be Wilson as favorite I would think. It isn't fashionable to pick the obvious choice but sometimes the obvious choice is the right choice.
Not to say Jackson Crawford isn't having a TREMENDOUS year but to imply Wilson is just getting consideration because of past years is erroneous. He has been very good this year too according to the stats on Riherds.

Wilson with 20 points and 18 rebounds. He has to be in convo for best player in tenth. Scores well underneath but changes the game with his defense and rebounding.

This has to do with the Campbell Vs Augusta game how? Axe to grind here about what was apparently a traumatic Knot Hole Experience. Is there a Knot Hole League forum this can be moved to?

Always an enjoyable read. Who knows who will come out of this crazy region????

Jerryd Jones is number 1. Its a fight for second.

OK, win: not coaching, just big school. Lose: coaching. Thank you for clarification! I will step out now.

Cats too much for the Breds tonight. Belcher's Bombers chant was accurate, they made it rain from three.
-
The Camels have a significant size advantage every time they step on the floor and they're a .500 team
Coaching?
Haven't they won the region the last two years? Coaching there too or no?

Siah Holifield having a very good year for West Jessamine. Seems to always have good stats. Very good player!! Impressive outing for West Jess and for Mercer for showing the toughness to answer the bell when challenged. 12th region is a heck of a region!
-
If Jimmy Gregg is drawing I like PC's chances. Jimmy will get it done!! Crazy the biggest moment of a regular season is not even a game.
-
Big win for PC. Happy for those seniors to get a win on senior night. Great young men. Allen it goes without saying, heck of a player.

Campbell is not that good. Wouldn't fair well in the 11th
There are several teams who will be at Rupp in March that wouldn't fair well in the 11th. Very loaded region. But they don't have to fair well in the 11th, just their respective regions.

I don't know about a Wilson effect. I know those games were early in the year that were mentioned and I know he is a heck of a player.
-
Camels free throw defense is good tonight. Mason 7/17 from line.
-
Caswell Fuller is a baller. That's all you can say. Huge fan of his game.

The Wildcats are in Hilton Head for a tournament. Have Harlan County tomorrow.

I doubt that a 3 pt. win over Montgomery will solve their problems.
They did exceed your expectations of losing by 17, so that should count for something. Haha.
It won't solve their problems but reading the other thread you would have thought CC was done and dusted. Good win over a fellow 10th region favorite who will be right there at the end fighting for a shot at Rupp. But people tend to dwell cynical on message boards.

Was very impressed with Bracken County tonight. Held their poise after losing the lead and Austin Crawford did what money players do and took over in the OT. Anyone who hasn't seen Crawford play needs to get over to Brooksville and see him play. But let it be said, those other kids in blue and white can play a bit too!! Coach Hinson will have them peaking at the right time.
Brossart is going to win some big games this year. They don't make very many mistakes and have the ability to hang around with anybody. Well coached squad.

I've always found it interesting about message boards the tendency to skew negative about a team or coach and then when something happens that disproves that negativity the response isn't "good for so and so..." it is well, the other team is weak...or good thing they didn't play such and such. So it is a no win situation. It makes message boards fun to read but seems unfortunate we skew so negative, myself included sometimes.
I've seen it happen a lot but really evident with CC here. Maybe the coaches or players made adjustments? Maybe they didn't...but for one night it looks like they did. Good win for the Camels. Montgomery County will recover. 10th is going to be fun this year. It is there for the taking.
How do you stop Ben Weyer?

I mean he is playing D2 but the kid has more than proven he coud play at the D1 level. He has guarded kids going D1 and more than held his own even going back to the Travelers. To me it seems inarguable he could play at that level but reasonable people can disagree without going negative on the young man. Bellarmine got a baller with a killer instinct on the court. That is a great get for them and I can't wait to see him play there.
