Anxious to see what athletics looks like in Christian County once the consolidation happens. That area usually always has great athletes in all sports.

Congrats to Greenwood and Coach Howard.! What little bit I watched they were dominating South and honestly just looked like they broke South’s spirit. 

BG will walk off the bus up 36-0 and the clock already running.

South Warren is way too low here. 

Couple teams with some soft schedules. Should be a pillow fight between these two who constantly play lower level competition. 
 

Give me South 24-13.

If only Greenwood scheduled tougher…..

I believe Greenwood led 21-0 at one point before melting down. But it wouldn’t have any long-term impact.  BG is 33-0 for a reason and it’s not because of head games.

 It’s because of the talent and program gap. Geenwood has never been nor is on BG’s level.

Gwood’s 2009 team seemed to be on the 2009 BG teams level. I could be wrong 🤷🏻‍♂️
 

No need to constantly say Greenwood program is on the level of BG’s. I don’t think anyone is touting that here. Believe me, it’s tough to battle back from your school being split. BG hasn’t and will never have that problem to face. 

BG made some really good halftime adjustments. They really cut the pressure down on Bailey in the second half compared to first. Big plays and field position hurt South. BG kicker has a boot!

Also, let’s not act like South Warren wasn’t filled with talent from the surrounding schools.  Considering the school took many Greenwood and Warren Central kids.  They even won a state championship in 2015, I think they were ready to “dive in” by then.  To each their own, I will never like Richpond Highschool and clearly you don’t like Bowling Green.  I guess that’s what makes a rivalry.

Good win by SW over an always quality Central team.

Excited for those kids. Happy for the coaches and school, and thankful for those kids that kept the programs alive since 2015 when they very easily couldn’t quit!

In South Central KY the only two that come to my mind is Caverna closing and being split between. Barren County HS and Hart County HS. Also I could potentially see Russellville getting consolidated into Logan County HS.
