Although i see it as a testament to the quality of the program (and arguably resources) that X can be at the top year after year with their focus on non competitive players, I believe they will need to adopt more of Trinity's philosophy if they want to stay in the elite conversation consistently.

Generally, that will only be between two maaybe three guys, but again this is what I heard from Trinity people and I don't know what the difference is in number of players between the teams.

As a former player of Glaser's and friend to many Trinity players, I can say that if Glaser ran his program like Trinity's they would win much more. Every person on X gets to fully participate in practice, games, etc. I do not believe the same could be said for the Trinity program. I hear you are basically an empty uniform if you're not in the starting lineup or immediately behind them.
