  1. Actually saw The Ole Miss Head Coach talking to Oliverio after the game. In talking to people close to the situation Crittendon is being looked at by NKU and Marquette. Also heard that Oliverio knew the Marquette coach would be in attendance. Good game for all to see with all the talent on the floor. Crittendon is a major D1 talent and only a Soph. She is a very athletic all around player who plays the game very hard.
  2. Word is that Morehead State was/is not the only D1 interested in Abby. Knew what they were doing in getting her so early. Saw the scrimmage today against Louisville Butler. Ryle looked very conditioned, strong, and athletic. At one time Ryle was leading 51-19 late into the game. Ended up winning by 27 I think.
  3. Beginning thier Freshman year they can send them questionairres and contact the coach though.
  4. They are now Freshman and a Sophmore and are Varsity players.
  5. 1. She most definately ran the point for Ryle last season. Would consider her a Combo Guard. When the other talented G was in the game she rotated at the shooting guard slot. 2. Need to touch up on your recruiting rules. Can only verbal now. Her senior year during the early signing period will sign that full-ride. Why wait when you get the offer from the school you want to go to? Then again you woudn't understand that because you have never been in that situation probably. 3. I would think every team's and player's goal is a District, Regional, and State championship. 4. Any girl who has quit a team and sitting in the stands somewhere is not a D1 player. Takes alot more than talent to play college basketball.
  6. Guess this info came from your RELIABLE source as well. Difference in you and your sources rumors and others opinions is: 1. That point guard that you consistently hammered on this public forum about not being able to play and about Ryle not having a point guard has accepted a full ride to D1 Morehead St. and she is only a Jr. Might want to keep your day job. 2. The 3 8th graders that were brought up and played over upperclassmen that raised so many questions each have D1 letters in hand and have been on unofficial visits. These 3 are currently 2 Fresh/ and 1 Soph and will only get better with time. Point made that these girls are believed to be talented by people that actually matter. 3. 20 of Ryles players are Fresh/Soph. Fact is they are very young and talented and 3-4 years to have a chance to win a championship
  7. Truth from within the program: 1. 23 players in program. 2. 14 players strictly J.V./Varsity. 3. 11 Freshman- 2 Varsity. 4. Word has it that each of the 8th graders brought up are all being recruited by D1 schools and have even been on unofficial visits. Obviously, basketball minds other than the coaches at Ryle think these girls are players. 5. Jr. Abby Jump has become Ryle's first D1 player. Verbal commitment to Morehead St. University in Sept. Another player Coach played as a Freshman over upperclassmen. Sure she heard complaints over that one too. 6. Ryle returns top 8 players from last years squad. 2 Fr, 3 Soph, 2 Jr. 1Sr. 4 Jr.s and 1 Sr. who played J.V. and very little varsity did not return to the team.
