Very odd timing in any circumstance. To apply for a job, go to the school and post such a thing the next or even same day is pretty crazy. If you’re looking at assistants my guess would be that he intends to stay at Franklin

It wasn’t really a fiasco.. only thing is he may not take the job. He was at the school.

Typically if someone shows interest and they interview and take a tour of the school…there is a way that someone could leave said school for another.

Possibly/ coming from a school like Boyle- aside from coaching, teachers in general are paid more. However , Pulaski is a great school and would be a nice landing spot for someone like Burns or whoever gets the job.

Foley is hiring staff for Southwestern I’ll go out and say he won’t be the coach. If GJ is not an interested candidate for head , he should join the new coach in some other role.

I do not think so- If it’s all about winning a state championship then possibility- but not like that’s likely given the history. Pulaski County has one of the top programs in the area , can advance deep into playoffs each year with the talent they have in the youth leagues/middle school.

5A is a lot tougher- not as easy to advance through the region if for no other reason you have to compete the rival of Southwestern.

Christmas week in general is a time that you cannot assume much. Kids out of school, holidays, missing players, preparation less etc Just like Somerset missing Godby- I’m guessing he was out because of the holidays.

Do you think that’s from their style of play- or teams taking the air out of the ball? I still feel they are a top team to beat in region but the inexperience brings questions.

Why, because Christmas tournament games mean nothing and Pulaski Co is better than the other teams listed after them, I guess.

Fraley has played a lot of games with this year’s group, unlike some of past teams where he was several years older- That means something when it comes to rhythm and chemistry. I do understand the idea- and possibility of that being true.

If Rock gets to the regional- they’ll be one of the favorites. You hit the nail on head- they have a 1-2 as good as anyone.

With the way they play, if you beat Lincoln by 10 it’s as blowout. They’ll find themselves in games if they start well
