Listened to the last minute online and then the post game interview. Hoptown Head Coach Hayworth said something about a technical. I looked at the game update thread didn't see it mentioned. What happened? It didn't happen late, so I was just curious.

Speaking of officiating at Henderson County. Tell us about the scuffle that got a couple of players ejected. Or is it on another thread and I missed it?

I am sure by now everyone has heard Kobe's remarks about fundamentals. I have to agree with him somewhat to a degree. Which takes me to this thread, if a team struggles scoring but can handle the basketball and can run their offensive sets, how long before people start complaining? Which is worse to come down the floor throw it away, take a bad shot or take your time and handle a press and get a good shot or a layup. I do not see a lot of teams who have the fundamental skills to actually run their offense or the patience to do it. Most want to get a shot up before the ball actually gets reversed to the other side of the floor. Very few teams actually make the other team play much defense.

Congrats to Henderson County. They have the talent to win the second region. But so does Hopkinsville. Still a long time before the regional tournament. I hope both teams avoid injuries and sickness and are at full strength when they do play each other.

I would think UHA would take the class A second region. I know they are not having a great start to the season but I have seen them. They have played a tough schedule.

I went to 12 straight friday night football games; all 12 weeks I saw coaches from each team on the field of play. If it was a point of emphasis this year, I really find it hard to believe all 5 guys didn't know how to enforce the penalty. Therefore they should be penalized also.

In a very entertaining first half, PT leads Murray at the half 40-35. Surprisingly no dunks so for but several swats.
