Duval for sure and the other Ashland pitcher is Chase Adkins I think that is his name.
Yes, Chase Adkins is correct and both are deserving to be on the list.
-
I listened on and off while watching the UK game. It sounded to me like Delaney carried Ashland while Collins carried Fairview.
Delaney and Collins are two of the best players in the region.

Is Lewis Co. good this year, to be able to hang with Scott that close?
-
Yes, in the first few minutes of the game they were slow getting started as they were not working the post and shooting mid range jumpers and 3's that were not falling. However, as the game progressed they worked the post more, where I thought they had an advantage and needed to stay all night. Hampton had a good game down low with a few put backs that picked up some momentum for the Musketeer's. After they were going to the post more, it opened up the mid range to outside game for the Musketeer's to where they were able to pull away for the rest of the game.

Greenup-3
Lawrence-2

deja' vu from 2007
GCHS loses the first game, but returns to win the final 2.
With Hieneman throwing the first game, I think they will win that one.
-
Not the point at all, dont take it so personal, just an opinion, has more to do with Russell playing for the region championship. And GC advancing despite only getting 2 hits (both singles) I have no dog in the fight, just want the region to be well represented at the state level, east Ky. had a rough go last year at Applebee but since sec. 7 & 8 play each other one will win by default.
Boyd Countys pitcher Logan Helmes got clocked at 88 during the game. He is a good pitcher and GC scored 4 runs off him, so not to bad. Its not like they were facing someone throwing mid 70's and only got two hits.

Well I don't understand why some people act they way that they do, there is no reason to act immature about this, I was just asking a simple question. Sorry for asking would be the proper thing to say I guess. Well good luck to Greenup County in the playoffs, they always give Lawrence a good game. I honestly belive its going to come down to these two teams to go to Lexington. Can I get some response for that please?
Yes you may. It wont come down to them to see who gets to go to Lexington however we will probably see this matchup later in the post season. Lawrence or Greenup is not in the same region, and will also not be in the same semi-state if they are both to make it. If they both win thier semi-state we will see a 15th-16th region first game at Applebees Park.

By their comments im guessing their not giving you the glory your wanting to hear about your team.

Hieneman threw a perfect game!
-
Is this game being brodcasted?
-
With Hieny being the probable starter most likely in this game I'm going to have to say Greenup-11 Raceland-1.
-
I agree Greenup does need to bring their A game to win the region. If they do this, then they should do it with ease, but anything can happen in the game of baseball.
-
Hopefully they stay focused and dont overlook Raceland. Good game for Greenslate, kind of got a little rattled in the 7th, but got threw it with a win.
-
Raceland seems to have East Carters number this year. Who pitched for both teams?
-
Why Wow? Greenup is on a roll right now. Their a verry good hitting team top threw bottom of their lineup.

Greenup has won alot of games with the rest of the pitching staff. Greenup's Ace is Tyler Hieneman, but Greenup's number two, three and fourth pitchers is as good as the other teams ace pitcher.
I agree. Even tho Hieneman isnt on the mound Greenup still has a very good chance of winning with Greenslate, Martin, and Skaggs. All very good pitchers.

Who had the royals hits? And who pitched for the Tomcats?

What grade is Edge in?

Final from Greenup. Game called in 5th due to rain.
