JH should win going away. 41-14.

I"m picking Marion Co. to win this one because I saw them play a few weeks ago but all I know about Green Co. is what I have read in the newspaper. What are some reasons to not pick or to pick Green Co.

What a muddy mess. Considering the field conditions John's defense stood tall against a good running team. John goes 9-0 into the last regular season game against Central Hardin next week. After Meade Counties thumping of Central will they have anything left for the Dawgs?

They started 6-0 and have lost 3 straight. They will be ready for JH and need to head into the playoffs on a positive note, but I see no way for them to win this one.

Like I said, Meade is awesome at home!

Yeah, and Meade gets a first round home game in the playoffs.

Congrates to Meade Co. This makes the district order Greenwood, Meade Co, Nelson Co, Central Hardin.

This was a good game for the defenses. Not a real sloppy game on the wet and muddy field. After a late 4th qtr TD and a missed PAT put North Hardin ahead 13-7 NC got the ball with about 3:40 left in the game. A NH personal foul on the kick off gave NC good field position. NC scored with 30 sec left in the game. Final 14-13.

:thumb:I also picked Bardstown, I hate Crow but you gotta eat when served up. Congrats to Ft Knox. I'm glad for them.

My game prediction is closer than others but with the same outcome. Danville21 Washington Co. 14

The monsoon makes the difference.

Its been wet or raining the last 4~5 weeks. I don't see the Tigers getting beat.

Nelson County's defense has been good most of the time. What they must do is get the offense going. They have lined up in Shotgun to pass, under center with some Option and a little WingT also some power running. What they have not done is be consistant in keeping the drives going. Its time for the upper classmen to step it up and refuse to let it come down to a tie breaker system.

Its a must win game for both teams. I think Nelson Co. will win this one and get back on track.

I was at practice yesterday and saw on changes at QB. What I saw was players flying around making plays and having fun. I'm not saying there won't be a change, I just didn't see it.

Bardstown always plays a lot of young players but this could be a chance for several of them to play together.

Marion County wins because they have enough size up front to go with their good speed in the skill positions. Their defense is hard nosed and agressive. They seem to be focused and ready to play every week.

Tigers win easy but not big. I think the key players will sit out the fourth qtr.

John Hardin always has speed and runs the WingT very well but what makes this years JH team better than other years is their defense. They are solid and focused.

Its all about the stats. What a shame the very good lineman get no love.

Nelson Co and North Hardin have their backs against the wall. I expect a battle next week.

The NC defense gave up 21 points but mid way through the 4th qtr the score was 7-3. After Nelson Co fumbled away a Meade Co punt the air went out of their sail and MC pulled away. Holding NC to no touchdowns is a solid job.

How did Meade Co look?

Central didn't even look like the same team as they have any of their other games this year. The offense could not get anything going other than the first drive of the game. away from Nelson defense but Central's biggest problem was themselves. Countless droppNot taking anything ed passes and 4 turnovers are killer. If the rain played that big of a factor they better start practicing with the sprinklers on. Nelson's offense definitely got a boost from their returning players. Congrats to the Cardinals and good luck.

You can't take anything away from Nelson County's defense because they were getting pressure on the QB and caused some bad passes. They also did a good job of stopping the run.

Marion will get a tussle from Larue in it's district championship and I'm sure Western, Fairdale and Valley wont go quietly in the regionals.

The Marion Co / LaRue Co game should be fun.
