I have't bashed anyone on a personal basis, I simply questioned the play calling during the second half of the game. I know it hurts a player to lose a game like, you wanna know how and why I know this? I played for Raceland in the 90's under coach Ross. I lived through some horrible playoff games against Northern KY teams, a couple that couldnhave been won and it hurts me on a personal level to see these kids give their all to win a game and come so close and then lose it when the final outcome of the game rests in the hands of the coach. That's all. All this crap about calling this person and that person and offering suggestions is totally unrealistic. Hindsight is 20/20, I said some things that I shouldn't have, but I stand behind them 100% and I'm sure there are others out there, probably even on this sight that feel:madman: the same way I do.

Like I said, the truth hurts. I pay my five bucks at every game and I've paid my dues on here and the last time I checked this is the USA and freedom of speech is one of my rights as a citizen. I'm so sorry I came in and upset your little eutopia!! PS: Dont tell me I'm not a "true" Ram fan because I don't drink the kool-aid served up in your perfect little world.

I don't feel the need to defend myself, because anytime someone mentions anything negative on here, that person is accused of making accusations. If you can honestly sit there and tell me there was no change in the pace of the Rams offense during the game, then in my opinion you didn't watch the same game. This team went 12-0 sticking to a bruising running game, why change things so drastcally in the second half, thus giving LCA the opening they needed to get back in the game. LCA didn't win the game because of superior athletes they won it because their coach stuck to his game through four quarters of play and Raceland didn't. I don't care who I offend, this is an open forum and sometimes the truth (being my so-called "accusatons") hurts. If you don't like what I am saying then take my membership away and give my ten bucks back!!!!:mad:

You are right the Rams eventually will win that elusive title once they hire a coach that doesn't play conservative football. I know this going to tick some of you off, but I can't keep quiet any longer. Raceland went up 20-3, and instead of continuing at that pace, he throttled back. I hate it for these kids, the LCA team didn't beat the Rams because of their athletic superiority, it was because the coach couldn't make the right calls or refused to make the right calls when the game was on the line (You have to go for it on 4th and inches when the games in on the line), the same thing that happened against NCC a few years back. On a second note, Mr. Farley should be ashamed of the way he calls the games, I don't think there is another announcer in the area who calls a game as rudely as he does at times. It tarnishes our image. If he wants to act like that, maybe he should get a job in radio.:madman:

Vouchers would, in fact, leave some kids behind. There are a limited number of vouchers, so not every child will get one. They will be "left behind" in the schools that have less money to pay for quality teachers, equipment, and technology. I think we need to work on fixing the public school system instead of taxpayers paying for private schools.

I was there! Til the end! My husband and I thought about leaving, but decided against it. I can't tell you the feeling that I had..but when they scored the first touchdown, I knew they were going to do it. I guess just the change in momentum, I don't know. It was awesome! I was fortunate enough to be there last year at the LSU game. I have to admit, this was possibly equally as exciting. The fans that stayed were great! It was so loud! You would have never known that half the stadium was gone! We were one section over from the Arkansas section. We got to chant "Bobby, Bobby, Bobby" back to their fans at the end, which was hilarious! The DEFENSE needs to be praised over and over again! They were, I'm sure, completely worn out by the end, but those last couple of series, they looked like it was the beginning of the game! They really played an excellent game! Here's hoping that this will be a momentum changer for the season, and a boost of confidence for Hartline!

Did anyone else notice how many times McCain said "we are going to do a lot of things" or "we are going to do everything that needs to be done". Does that honestly fly with voters? My friends, I need more information than that.

Seriously, look at the McCain campaign. It is ALL negative. It's all they have left. If they can't make everyone believe that Obama is Bin Laden's golf buddy, they are going to lose! Maybe if they were being positive, it might not be so hard to have some positive discussions about him.

I think the problem with her doing the "politics as usual" not answering the questions asked is that 1. We don't know her stance on things because she has done no interviews and 2. Because she claims that this is exactly what she NOT....Am I wrong that she claims to be sooooo different from the Washington Elite, but she just acted the same and showed us nothing new about her. Only that she can recite a bunch of stuff written for her and say "also" at least 10 times in each sentence!

I am having a hard time grasping the point that if Palin doesn't bomb, she wins. Are Americans that ignorant? If she just repeats her talking points, with a few ramblings which include topics that don't have anything to do with the question and are on the verge of not making sense, Americans will believe she can hold the seat of VP? And after all the republicans said about Hilary needing to step up and not complain about the boys picking on her, it should not matter how tough Biden is on her. If she doesn't like it, she can go hide "behind her apron strings". (that was a comment from a Rep. pundit about Hilary during the primary) As a woman, I feel that she needs to perform at the same level as the men. If she does not, then she shouldn't be in that position.

David Cook is now my favorite, with Carly, Brooke, and Michael not far behind. We downloaded a couple of David's songs from iTunes. They are really good!

What an impact he has had on UK basketball! I never met him, but like others, feel like I knew him. He will be missed and never replaced. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

While the whole thing was a little disappointing to me here in KY, I'm sure things were done as they should have been in Atl. It was such a scary thing to watch on tv, I can't imagine what it was like being there. Thanks for your story..and I'm glad you are safe!

I still like several at this time. Carly, Brooke, Michael, and David H. I think David A is a great singer, but I agree that he seems to be putting on a bit. I mean, he's already had a contract (like some of the others) so you know he's been there and knows that he is good. Just seems fake to me. I also still like Jason C. and David C. some, too. Should be an interesting show since there are several I think could win!
