Everybody talks about Barbourville's weak schedule. This has to be a pretty big win or was the CFIT weak this year?

 

Bville needs to earn the respect they wish for.

I agree Mr. Pig.....too many underacheiving teams, runner - up in the district and early first round regional losses for the Tigers to consider themselves an elite program.

For a school their size B'ville seems to have earned alot of resepct. Things sure went the Tigers way in the CFIT, how would they have faired playing the team from South Car. we will never know, but they beat who they had to win the tourney. A Corbin vs B'ville final would have been an interesting game.

This B'ville team strikes me as being mentally and physically tougher than the last few years, so they may do better come tournament time.

I watched these kids 2 years ago play JV and I'm sure they may of had one or two players that did not play JV on the count of Varsity. This JV squad was pretty good and seemed to be well coached. They ran their plays all the way through and were tough on defense and the boards. If they have any of those same kids, then I'm sure they'll do pretty good.

Roundleather, im sure you are right because all Barbourville fans ever say is our 4 seniors will get it done. They have played all their lives and play very well together. Bville better earn some respect because in my opinion its gone after this year. Thank God that Cox, Crawford, Grubb, and Good cant stay around forever.
