Tates Creek 2012

Featured Replies

What does Tates Creek need to do to improve in 2012? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I got the chance to talk to Coach Harmon @ the Glazier Clinic this past weekend. He takes a lot of pride in the program at Tates Creek and is working extremely hard to make the Commodores the best they can be. His old coach, Roy Walton, would be very proud!

Did you hear anything about the upcoming season? What are the expectations? I don't get to follow Tates Creek that closely.

They played a lot of sophmores on varsity, and three Freshmen lettered (Graham Gordon, at QB, Martavious Carter, as KR, and Max Sweet, at DB). Dennis Oxendine is their most valuable returning Senior at running back. The offense looks pretty good, and I think they are going to try and pass the ball more. From the looks of things they are going to be starting a sophmore at QB, but the rest of the offence should be seasoned. I don't know much about the defense other than they are returning a lot of guys.
