No, I do not truly believe that.

That was their only loss. NCC only had one loss as well it went to a points system for a tie breaker.

NCC, Owen Co. and Ashland all went 2 and 1 in their pool. Ashland beat Owen, Owen beat NCC and NCC beat Ashland.
