December 22, 201114 yr Again, doesn't Rumsfeld v Hamdi these concerns? It should. But it is interesting that executive branch can kill (execute) US Citizens without due process but it can not detain them indefinitely. But the ruling 'should' prevent abuse in the US. But then why allow it in law? Bad lawyering by the Congress?
