Campbell County 70 Covington Holy Cross 38

Featured Replies

Game was pretty much dead even throughout the first half and then it got very physical.

Both teams played hard, very impressed with Campbell County.

This shocks me. Not that CC won but the margin.

I am guessing there were perhaps over 50 fouls. Most of them hard fouls. It seemed to get personal but I don't think these two have a lot of history.

Holy Cow, like Clyde said, the margin of victory is a "headscratcher".

As always, nice pic's paNDA.

I believe this was Holy Cross's 1st game and it showed. This was Campbell's 3rd game. Holy cross has a lot of good athletes and plenty of size. If this game were played later in the season, there may have been a different outcome. Robinson came off the bench to bale Campbell out in the 2nd half. During a 5-6 minute run in the 2nd half she could not be stopped

Is the Hassert for Holy Cross Dan Hassert's daughter? Dan played for the Indians in the early 80s, graduating in 84. He went on to write for the Ky Post.
