Question about rankings for basketball/football history buffs

Has there ever been a team to be ranked #1 in Basketball and Football at the same time? Has a school ever won state in both sports in the same year?

 

Curiously enough, Trinity is #1 in both right now. Is that the first time it's ever been done in KY?

I have never seen same team pre-season ranked number 1 in both football and basketball.

I think Fairdale was #1 and undefeated going in to the 90 playoffs and was also pre-season #1 in basketball.

No school has won both football and basketball in the same school year although Christian County and Central both recently appeared in the title game of both in the same school year

My prediction is that it doesn't happen this year either.
