I'm going out on a limb with an early prediction that Cole Boogs from East Carter and Joe Miller from Raceland will battle for 16th region player of the year 2012 :)

I'd love to see Joey do really well this year. I had him in class last semester and I took some classes with his dad in college.

The lefty pitcher from Bath Or Salow from Ashland will be in the running.

What about Conner Robinson, Sam Hunter, and Trey Salisbury. They were the representatives for the JR Showcase in Lexington this year. All had great summers, and probably will sign DI scholorships this fall.

I have been a big fan of Miller this kids blocks everything behind the plate with a strong arm. The kid from Bath has some good stuff as does Hunter and Salisbury should be a fun year for the 16th!!!!

Cable Wright is my pick as well.
