Brian Payne State Farm Classic

I see where Highlands and Mason County are playing in an event called the Brian Payne State Farm Classic, held at Mason County. Does anyone know any details about this event, such as who it is named after? Are any other teams playing in this event? Is this the first year for this event?

I googled Brian Payne and he is indeed a SF agent from Maysville.

Actually originally from Franklin Kentucky down near Nashville Tennessee. Got into management in Ohio with SF, then moved to Maysville taking over an agency from an agent that passed away.
