What does Rockcastle County need to do to improve in 2011? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

We are very strong, fast and experienced this year. We have a great chance to win the district.

It will be a challenging year for the Rockets. They will have quite a bit of experience as a group with only three regular starters graduating. The offensive line played together with each other most of last season minus the Thacker kid who graduated. Similar circumstances on the defensive line with several kids going one way last year. The skilled positions will especially miss the Saylor kid as well as contributors in Allen and Baker. I know that most all of the returnees have really jumped up on the weights this spring and winter and they have several kids squatting 500+ pounds. There is a lot of hope riding on this season with this great group of kids. Good luck to the Rocket boys!

There are a lot of people expecting big things from this team. IMO from what I saw at spring ball and have heard we will be really good. After 2 straight losing seasons the fans are restless. We are not used to losing like we have.

You have had two loosing seasons because you Lost one of the top Coaches in the State, Change sometimes dictates a year or so for adjustments. Coach Parkey will have Rock back on top.

I agree we lost one of the top coaches in the state. His record speaks for itself. A lot of peopel were very upset as to why he was allowed to leave in the first place. I have refed a few of his games at Rock and Harlan co. He still talks about all of the old times at rock before games and still does things the same in games as he always has. I havent been able to ref a game in Harlan Co, but he has come closer to my neck of the woods and I got to ref some of his games.

I had family play for Coach Larkey and everyoen I still know talks about those days and are still pretty upset as to how football has been treated over the last few years.
