I read today that Mr. Ruby donated all of the food(steaks and seafood) that was on the boat to two shelters in NKY. He said he could have sent them to his other restaurants but decided to donate them.

That is a very nice gesture. I am sure the preparation of the food wont be the same but still an excellent humanitarian deed.
