NEERFAN
Congrats to Travis. I know his uncle Brian was a very good baseball player, he also was a Norse.
Mr. Diamond
Congratulations young man! Wish you all the best!! Take a few moments to remember the journey to this point in your life. Make sure you give your parents a big PUBLIC hug and heartfelt thanks for what they have sacrificed for you. It is so wonderful to see young men have the opportunity to continue their baseball. cooperstown
Congrats to Norton. I remember Brossart's game against Ryle last season and he put on an absolute hitting clinic. I believe he hit 4 doubles, each one smoked harder than the next. He has an awesome-looking swing and great bat speed. It really was fun watching him hit, though it might have been a touch more enjoyable had some of those laser shots been hit right at Ryle's OF'ers. Best of luck to him at NKU and beyond. BTW, not to take anything away from Norton whatsoever, but Conner Hempel was the top hitter average-wise in NKY in 2010 with a .509 average. Not Travis's fault. I made the post and was obviously mis-informed. Thanks for the clarification.
