Final from Newport. Pendleton's Gabe Antrobus had the first nine points of the game, all from three-point land, and the rest was history.

Tough losses on back-to-back nights for the Newport Wildcats.

Good luck in the District against Highlands,

No way to head into Districts for Newport. They better come to play on Mon night or the woeful Greendevils will send em packing.

Good luck in the District against Highlands,

I apologize to the Dayton Greendevils.

Seeing Coach Flynn in the house on Thursday led me to believe that the Birds would be playing Newport, which they may, but the Cats obviously have to go through Dayton first.
