Ladycat Megan Wood, class of '03, will have her number retired Friday night (1-28). The Ladycats play Harrison Co. at the Pendleton Co. gym nicknamed the Wood Shed, after her grandfather Phillip Wood.

A fine young lady who went on to play at Thomas More and then come back to teach in the Pendleton Co. system.

Congrats to Megan Wood! I have never seen her play--but for those that spent many years cheering her on and enjoying the ride, it will be a special night!

Enjoyed watching her play several games! Still talk about that last game at Campbell Co and a couple of legendary bad calls to end that game, season, and career at PHS for her and the other Megan.

Remember that District game well! A few bad calls both ways. Megan made a 40' shot to end the game but the buzzer just sounded before her release. Totally agree that she was an awesome player. Congratulations Megan.
