UPS Slogan Change: Worst Decision in Company History?

I do feel that the USPS has gotten better, but in reality, if the USPS were effective a long time ago, none of the other carriers would exist in their current format.

Until recently USPS hasn't made a real push in the parcel market. But with email and other electonic methods of communicating they have seen the writing wall and realized they better try to pick up some of the market share. But they will never be at the top of the food chain because they aren't currently built for that type of volume.
