I'm surprised no one has started a thread on this game between two of the best teams in the state. Personally, I thought Ballard had a big chance to win this one but the Tigers evidently shut the Briuns down in the second half after a wild 2nd quarter. Ballard fumbled 7 times with X recovering 6 of them and X's Daylen Hall made a big interception in the X end zone. Ballard's coach is quoted by the C-J, "Nothing against St.X, but we just handed them a football game tonight..."

Can we get any eye witness comments?

As many folks have said on these threads, until Ballard can quit making so many mistakes in big games....................

Is it too blunt to say that any time you are minus-6 or worse in the turnover department you are going to lose? However, I don't know about "handing" X the game; I am sure the Tigers CAUSED most of those turnovers.
