Yes and Yes. But as in basketball, the Class A tournament is NOT a KHSAA State title. It is no different than any other in season tournament except all Class A schools are invited and in basketball it is actually considered 2 tournaments if you make it to state. 1 tournament is for the regional, 1 is for the state.
