George Rogers Clark softball coach Jackie McCloud has been named 10th Region coach of the Year.

McCloud guided the Lady Cardinals to a 33-11 record and led Clark to the state tournament for the third time in the past five years.

Clark graduate Morgan Woosley was named the 10th Region Player of the Year. During the regular season, Woosley batted .407 and was second on the team with 53 hits. Woosley connected on 18 doubles and drove in 47 runs.

McCloud will coach the Kentucky All-Star team in the Kentucky-Tennessee all star game July 1st.

Congrats to the big man and his star player. He just wants those Tennessee Ribs
