What does Bracken County need to do to improve in 2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Not trying to be neagative here, but I think things are getting critical for Bracken Football. They are 1 -29 there last 30 games. I don't think that there is a real sense that things are headed in the right direction. They need to carve out a victory or 2, and be competitive in 3 or 4 more games. I am concerned that if that does not happen this year there will be pressure to end football in Bracken.

 

I hope they can turn the corner much like Brossart did last year.

First thing is settle on a coach and give him time to build something. I have seen that program the last 3 years have 3 different coaches. The second year I seen a big improvement. The the 3rd year a new coach and new system. So give him time and work on the schedule. It would cost some money for travel. But I wouldn't play anyone but Class A teams until I built a foundation of success.

They need a hard working coach up to the task. For a young coach looking to make a name for him self, this would be a great challenge, to take a team for 0 to maybe 5 or 6 wins is a big turn around. Two big things that coachs repect the most is first winning the state title as the head man, second turning around down program to a winner. All the coach needs is support and patients.
