Big Ticket 00 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 When has a team that wasn’t from Bowling Green win the 4th region. I wouldn’t put any of those in front of my list. Did Bandy make the all region team? Harlan shoots every time he touches the ball. I was at the regional last year when BG best em pretty easily , that’s with Stockton there as well. Glasgow will be good but not going to beat BG or WC and Greenwood will give them everything they want. Chandler is good as well his team will be bad but I agree he’s a good player. I don’t believe the players you mentioned are top ten. I only saw those guys a few times.
DragonFire Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 I'm not certain what everyone is referring to when they are saying "all-region", but this is the 2018 team, as voted on by the coaches: First Team Skyelar Potter, Warren Central, Sr. Jared Coomer, Barren County, Sr. Jarius Key, Bowling Green, Sr. Jackson Harlan, Clinton County, Jr. Billy Michael Dyer, Monroe County, Sr. Second Team Jordan Cousin, Warren Central, Sr. Tashawn Neal, Warren East, Sr. Chandler Clements, Monroe County, Jr. Austin Rayno, Logan County, Sr. Jack Roberts, Greenwood, Jr. Third Team Tyler Martin, South Warren, Jr. Nolan Barrow, Todd County Central, Sr. Will Bandy, Barren County, So. Dalvin Smith, Glasgow, Sr. Kobe Brents, Glasgow, So. Brents is at Warren Central now, but Harlan, Clements, and Bandy are all returning players on the list from outside the 14th District. Brents, Martin, and Roberts are all returning to represent the 14th.
Bballwatcher Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Thats what I was referring to, the seasonal all region team. Brents is ineligible this year, correct? That's why I didn't mention him.

Big Ticket 00 Posted November 18, 2018 Posted November 18, 2018 We will see once the b-ball season gets going. Before Warren Central hired a new recruiter it was BG’s Region to win. WC only test I see for BG. BG is a way more athletic team that last season. BG is long starting 1 6’6 post player and 2 6’5 wing players. 6’3 post player who plays above the rim. Guard play is solid provided by 2 seniors. Even tho Unseal believes this might be his deepest team, BG is very deep even after the BG transfers to WC with Boyd being the only player that would of played any minutes. BG blew out Saint X by 40 and also went to Christian co and over came referees and a 11 point deficit to come back and win that one 2. The top 3 teams in the region is BG , WC and Greenwood. Glasgow would of been 3rd but after losing Franklin to a season ending knee injury will put an end to their chances of winning Region.

Did he go down during football or a scrimmage? I'm just going to ignore your other slight.
Metcalfe2010 Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Franklin got hurt during football. No one is saying that BG or WC won’t win the region. In my opinion, the two best players in the region are Harlan and Clements. Boyd is top 5. Brents, Stockton, Mason, Bandy, big kid from Todd, and I’m sure two more from somewhere in Warren County would round out my top 10. No particular order there other than top two.
