Closer game than expected. Beechwood played hard and never quit. Halftime score was NDA 23 Beechwood 20.

Also thought this was a great effort by the Tigers. There is a great future at Beechwood if all of their players stay put.....:clap:

Why wouldn't they? My understanding is several good area 8th graders are trying to get in Beechwood. I think the leaving after the 8th grade is over, good staff, good players and good administrative support. They will be the overwhelming favorite in DIII for the next 4 years. They will play a very competitive non conference schedule and the kids that play there also get to play more than one sport...don't forget they now have girls soccer. This years team did somthing that they had not done since 1998-99 and that was win 16 games, with ONE Senior.:dancingpa
