February 22, 201016 yr We'll never lack for candidates even if we require them to resign from a current position. The allure is too great and some type of accomodation could be made as to temporarily taking an unpaid leave while someone else stepped in. I realize it's not going to happen but that doesn't mean we should give them a pass. Wrong is wrong.
