Oldham and Shelby renew their long rivalry on Friday in Buckner.

Shelby defeated Oldham, 65-52, in Shelbyville in the Rocket Invitational earlier this year.

Game will be aired at http://www.pegasussportsky.com

It'll be closer this time. It is @ Oldham County isnt it?

Ill say Shelby wins this one 63-58

It is amazing what rivalries can create. Shelby has the talent on paper to win this one big, but I was very impressed by the improvement I've seen in the Colonels' play of late. If Kerry Smith is back for Oldham, it will make a big difference.

Just not sure Oldham has the guns to stay up with Shelby this year...but it will be fun! And it is at Oldham County.

Between the girls' and boys' games there will be a special ceremony honoring retired Oldham County head coach Gary Forrest, who retired last year as the school's winningest coach after 21 seasons and 5 trips to the Sweet 16.
