Who wins this match up at Lexington Catholic on 1/26?

Thoughts?

I think Manual is starting to get it figured out. They have the talent to be a very good team. They led both Ballard and Jeffersontown at halftime, but couldn't close these games out. Just knocked of Male last Friday evening and looks to be coming together as a team. Tough game for Lexington Catholic.

Lexington Catholic 62-56.

Didn't Manual lose to Waggener last Tuesday?

Yes they did. Quite embarrassing for sure, but they did come back strong against Male. Hopefully they learned from the loss and become stronger as a team. They did last Friday night.

Not enough balance on Manual's team.

Lexington Catholic by double digits.

Lexcath by around 10...give or take a few.

Samsel v J. Beckham should be fun to watch.

Looks pretty balanced to me. I guess we will find out tomorrow night.

Manual has 4 players averaging double figures:

Samsel 13

Mitchell 12

Jones 11

Nikolic 10

that sounds like pretty good balance to me.

Didn't realize that, seems like when I look at the line scores it's not been that balanced. I agree that is balanced scoring. But with the game at LC, I'll still go with LC by 5. They are extremely hard to beat at home.

Interesting you bring that up. Manual took a couple of odd losses last year too before beating St. X in the districts. That was an interesting game, can you recall it?

Maybe Manual is coming together late season at the right time.

It seems very odd to me that you continually bring the St.X-Manual distict game up from last year.Yes,Manual won;Congratulations!

I was responding to this thread and your belief that Manual is "getting it together".Perhaps they are,but a defeat to Waggener less than a week ago does little to substantiate that statement.

Manual is getting it together. Much like last year when Jenkins missed nearly the entire season due to injury, Samsel got hit with his own. The good news is Samsel is back 100% and doesn't have to play with injury as Jenkins had to late last season. More time he's on the floor, the more fluid the team becomes.

Define irony. It is ironic that I keep asking and waiting for your answer regarding the total breakdown of X against Manual and Jenkins 18 point 2nd half while you asked about the Wagganer loss. Ironically, Wagganer happens to be where the current St.X used to coach. I will let this dog lie now and thanks for the congrats.

LC is going to be a challenge, but I think the Crimson are in better position now than they've been the entire season.

Lexcath by around 10...give or take a few.

It won't be those two against one another. It better be Manuals team being smart against the fine tuned Catholic 2-2-1. I seriously doubt LC will go man to man.
