September 20, 200521 yr I don't mean to be unfriendly in this thread toward Lloyd HS, but I am having trouble avoiding it. If any of you played basketball against any of the junior high schools that feed into Lloyd, half of them have a different lineup every game due to players that are acedemically ineligible. There is no stability among coaches, nor players. They turn over HS coaches in baseball (ever since the old guy retired), and basketball (they have a coach now that was a not excelling 5 years ago as a 7th grade coach, and he is a varsity coach now) frequently. Any player that is looking for exposure in either of these two sports, needs to be surrounded by good players and coaches. Currently, it is not going to happen at Lloyd. If they want to complain about players coming from St. Henry grade school and going to school other than Lloyd... there is no basis for complaint. The majority of the few students that go from St. Henry GS to Lloyd high school are there due to financial reasons or acedemic problems.
