Two run and gun teams... both come in 1-0...

WH graduated a lot, but had a nice win vs. Owen County the other night when they forced over 30 turnovers... WH 66, Owen 53

South comes in 1-0 after defeating Ludlow, 80-23. This is a senior-dominated team that may be one of the best teams in South history...it certainly may be the best perimeter team, returning most of the outside shooters that made South the top shooting three-point team in the state (made 3s and pct. hit) last year.

Game is at Western Hills.

I like Hills in this match up, Hills is very fast and can flat play defense. Coach Welch played 10 kids in the win over Owen Co. and did not seem to lose anything when he made the substutions. Should be a great game and a very fun game to watch, good luck to both teams.

South has a lot of experience and WH's press will not work against them... South will shoot 3's and win by about 15

In the end, WH's press really didn't bother South all that much - but their shooting eye (inside and outside the arc) was WAY off, leading to the loss.
