St. Henry v. Cooper Tueday (after NDA v. HC match)

 

The semi final games will be Thursday - assuming everything goes according to script....

Scott/Beechwood winner v. Ryle/Villa winner (after NDA v. St. Henry match)

 

Saturday @ 7pm - FINALS

 

Does anyone know how the draw takes place? Is it done in front of the coaches/AD's? I guess their is no seeding of the top 4 teams???? Seems to me #1 and #2 are on one side of the bracket and #3 and #4 are on the other side.....

Nothing fishy it was a blind draw just like the 10th .

All regions draw the same way. District winner vs. district runner-up. Winner and Runner-up from same district go into opposite bracket and can't play until the final. Only one team advances to state so you'll have to beat the #1 seed somewhere. Does it matter if in the semi's or finals?

 

I think the District "blind" draws are much more of an issue than the regional draw. Have a bad draw in district tournament and you don't get a shot at regionals. Just ask Beechwood or Highlands.

Any team can win on any given night. With that being said, I do not think anyone means any disrespect to Holy Cross or to Cooper. St. Henry and Notre Dame have good ball control and explosive hitters. If things shake out the way that they should then St. Henry and Notre Dame will be playing on Thursday night. Get there early because it will be packed.
