The (4-0) 2a Falcons are at home this week hosting the (2-2) 4a Logan Co. This should be another chance for the jv players to letter and the freshman to get more playing time. Monroe has all the weapons and logan can't stop them. It will be very hard for logan to score on this extremely hard hitting Monroe team. I look for Coach P. to be very aggresive early to put this away and let his Varsity rest. I don't know but it seems they should be pretty rested though, they usually only play 1/2 of the game!

I'd say 40-21 is about right. I'll be looking for some improvement from the game with Barren, we simply have to fix whatever is wrong on the right side of our defense, we haven't given up much on defense but what we have seems to be on that side. For the most part I see us getting better every week and it seems another playmaker emerges every week as well. Monroe Co. is solid right now but there is room for improvement and we're getting closer to a brutal four game stretch of Franklin-Simpson, Glasgow, Green Co. and Allen County Scottsville, so the time for improvement is now...

I think it will be a little closer than most of you expect. No doubt Monroe will win, but I look for Logan to stay close for awhile.

SemperFiFalcon is absolutely correct! I am very concered with a couple veteran starters and their efforts this year, one being at defensive end. I believe his ego has outgrown his athleticism!! But on a better note some players that have really stepped up their games, like T-mac, Witty, and the Wyatt brothers., it is hard to say anything about their efforts...Huge improvements!!!!!

Think that the Falcons will be too strong for Logan. Agree with some other posts that Defense looked a little ragged. Need to tighten on that side of the ball for the Falcons to improve for the last four games of the year which all of them will be tough. Offense looking good with plenty of playmakers. O line getting better each week.
