Final

As a Manual fan I can't help but feel sick, we simply couldn't afford to lose this game if we wanted a solid record.

 

But giving credit where credit is due Fern Creek was on fire offensively tonight. Jerrell Moore of Fern Creek absolutely shredded Manual tonight. I don't know what kind of a season he had last year but if he can repeat the performance he had tonight I think he could be Mr Football, he was outstanding. When the full stats come out he will probably have over 200yrds receiving and 4 TD's. Altogether I was tremendously impressed with the firepower on Fern Creeks team, and tonight they were firing.

The Creek lost a valuable member to the team last night when FB/MLB Andre Brown went down. He dislocated his ankle and broke his fibia. He will be out for the season. However, FC rallied for the first time and withstood adversity to beat a really good football team in Manual. Both teams have a tremendously tough schedule and wins will be tough to come by. We are proud of our Creek football team. Keep it up guys.

Thats unfortunate to hear about Brown. I hope he recovers quickly.

Another side note, I didn't realize this until the game but the lady and gentleman who where killed in the test drive auto crash here in Louisville where the mother and grandfather of Manual's Daquane Drane. Drane scored three TD's for Manual last night.
