ft bronc Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Any observations from yesterday's Highlands/Hamilton 7 on 7? Couldn't make it myself.
leatherneck Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 More of the same. Bardo throws a great pass and receivers get open and catch it. Frankly, I'm glad it was the last one. At least to me, they were getting boring. I'm ready to get the kids in pads, do a little hitting, scrimmage Male and then play the first game. Enough of this throwing the ball around stuff. It was good to see Buten and Hogue back on the field. They had been hampered with some nagging injuries but both appear physically ready to go. They looked good. I will say that Hamilton does have some nice athletes. Not sure what the rest of their team looks like, but their receivers have speed and quickness.
katbird Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 All I have to say is that it is going to be alot of fun in Ft. Thomas this year. This could be the most explosive offense in Birdland since the hefty lefty was at the helm..It is ridiculous how many wr's they have. With Buten, Hogue, Drennan, Gold, Roller and Welz this team is loaded with pass catchers. Not to mention Collinsworth, Fennel, and Bankamper running and catching out of the backfield....WOW!!!!!!:scared::scared:
NamecipS Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Offense sounds like it's going to be really good. What about the Defense?
katbird Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Offense sounds like it's going to be really good. What about the Defense? The "D" will be very solid.. I really like the linebacking crew with Roller and Alford leading the way..:thumb:
