Neeley had a strong outing yesterday. The first inning homerun off of him wouldn't have gone out on a usual day. The wind was blowing out hard to right field which aided Corey Towles's homerun for Owen County in the 6th inning. The game should have been closer than the final score because several of Western Hills's runs came off errors. Owen made a couple of nice plays in the field, but still made many errors, which haunted them for most of last season.

That about sums it up kyballer. The Rebel hit the ball better this game and had chances to make it much closer. Neeley had 5 k's, and Gamble came in the last inning and struck out two(impressive for his first time on the mound this year). If the Rebels could have limited the errors and mental mistakes, they could have won this one. Western Hills is a solid team, and i was real impressed with JT Riddle, he is smooth at short.

Good luck to the rebels and to Western Hills in the future. Yes Mr.Jones, JT Riddle is as solid of an all around player as i've seen this year
