Agree on both parts.

I once posted on the Pikeville coaching thing that I thought they needed to hire someone from a far that has no ties to the school and that coach should have control of the football program from the 7th grade level up to the varsity.

 

This coach would have to be the type of coach that sets the parents straight on day one as far as him doing things his way and not the way they have been done in recent times.

 

If not Pikeville I.M.O. will drop down to where teams like Jenkins (no disrespect) find themselfs.

 

Agree 100%. Parents in control is like the tail wagging the dog.Maybe Pikeville needs to start from gr. zero with a coach with no ties to this football program at all . I'm hoping they make the right hire this time. Too much tradition here to let things like that(Jenkins) happen
