Any foul that is committed by a member of the team in control of the ball. e.g. charge, illegal pick, etc. These are fouls that don't result in foul shots for the other team. The same thing as the old "player control" foul, which was expanded several years ago to include any team control foul as non-shooting fouls. Offended team taks ball out of bounds at nearest spot.

Technically a PC is a team control foul. However, the referee will distinguish between a player control (charge) and a non-player control team foul (illegal pick for example).
