Would be nice to see the Bobcats pull this one out, but I think Letcher may be too much for them tonight. Letcher should be one of the top 4 teams in the region.

Breathitt has got a very good junior class and might be a year away playing in a very competitive region. Taulbee's a great athlete and look out if he figures it out. Dakota can can be tough inside and Nick Noble is a solid point guard just needs to develop his outside shot. They're my dark horse in that region and look-out for them next year!!!

Is Nick Noble playing? I thought he broke his leg playing football?

Yes, Nick is out with a broken leg from football broke it Oct 10th. He goes back to the doctor in two weeks and they're expecting him to resume basketball activity shortly thereafter. Fugate will also be a boost with his physical play.

 

They'll struggle without a point guard the most difficult position to play but don't fall asleep on them during the districts or you might not make it to the next round.

 

A combination of things have them down right now injuries, the football players going to the 3 championship, new coach (not that Doug is a stranger to them) etc.
