Paris led 30-28 at the break but the Lady Devils went on an 11-0 run to start the second half to move in front 39-30 and Paris had to play catch up the rest of the way. The Ladyhounds got within two points during the fourth quarter but a big three point basket by Brittany Cole sealed the deal for the defending 11th Region Champions.

 

 

Cole led Henry Clay with 21 points and 8 rebounds, while Emily Hinkson led Paris with 27 points and 13 boards.

Henry Clay defeated the visiting Paris Ladyhounds by a score of 52-47. Henry Clay led 20-16 at the end of the first quarter but Paris rallied to lead 30-28 at halftime. Henry Clay took control in the third quarter and led 43-37 at the end of the quarter. Paris pulled within three; 45-42 in the final quarter but could never close the gap.

 

The victorious Lady Blue Devils were led by 5-11 Sr. Brittany Coles with 21 points including three three point baskets. 5-10 So. Candace Morton and 5-5 So. Kayla Price added 10 and eight points respectively. 5-8 Sr. Emily Hinkson led Paris with 27 points including three three point baskets and pulled down 13 rebounds. 5-7 So. Morgan Crain added nine points.
