Fort Campbell 28 Trigg County 9

Featured Replies

District Champ on District Champ: Fort Campbell didn't give up the TD until mid-fourth, score was 21 - 3 at one point. Trigg County had a lot of energy and was the first team that actually showed-up to play the Falcons this season. My hats off to Trigg!

Trigg played a tough game, especially on D. After seeing OC last week and the score of the Murray/OC game tonight, I think these two will meet again in three weeks. Fort Campbell's Offense didn't have much success, thanks to a tough Trigg defense, until the 4th quarter, but except for a couple of missed coverages, Fort Campbell again played great D.

Was impressed with Fort Campbell's linebackers. Their goal was to shut down Bridges and they did, holding him to under 30 yards.

Andrews broke the game open with a pair of long runs in the fourth quarter. The last one came when the Trigg cornerback got his bell rung on a previous tackle and lined up on the wrong side of the field while still woozy. Andrews picked up on it and ran around the right side for the TD run.

Fort Campbell has too many playmakers for Trigg.

There were several occassions where a Trigg player was wandering around in a hit induced daze. I was really surprised their coaching staff didn't rotate players a little more.

Fort Campbell's no huddle offense makes it hard to get players on and off. It did what it is designed to do.
