Mex, you make some thoughtful points, but this constitution you speak of is again man made and man thought up. To me and its my thoughts Paul outways this constitition. Its like when I debate a fellow church member when he/she wants to quote our "By-Laws" and I quote scripture.

 

Man is still going against scripture and I'm not judging but pointing out the sin Ezekiel 3:16.

 

If mankind was all gay, we would die out. Simple its a sin.

 

So we shouldn't pass laws out of the fear that there is the possibility that kids will be made fun of? I admit, I haven't read any of the studies that the Indiana's supreme court cited, but the court, who ruled against same sex marriage, ceded that they bared out that kids weren't as messed up as one would think and in fact did just as well as kids raised by a hetero couple.

 

Yes, I imagine the child having a very tough dilema on Father's day.
