Grant County has built a good program. They have great support from their school and community. IMO I see Scott winning this one in a close one. Scott has made a lot of improvement this season. They are more focus then ever and I see them winning this one.

I believe Scott should win this game since it is their Homecoming and they should be fired up all week about it. However if Scott shows the lack of discipline they showed against Holmes with all the face-mask penalites they will let Grant stay in the game with good field position and then Grant will have a chance to pull off an upset.

 

Scott definately needs some kind of passing game if they don't come up with one they will lose games they shouldn't because their offense will be one dimensional and teams will adjust and stop their running game.

 

Scotts play-off hopes this year might have been squandered away Friday night. They will have to beat Dixie to have a chance for the play-offs this year.

 

Scotts offense struggles when they play against teams with speed especially when they try to turn the corner. I would like to see them use the Bruner kid in the back field some he has speed and would be a load for anyone to bring down.

 

That has nothing to with displicine as much as it does bad tackling, this Scott team in much more displicined than years past.

 

Agreed, Scotts spread offensive is not nearly as effective when they are slower than the team they are playing, see Cov. Cath and Holmes.
