Should've won last night....

 

Why exactly should they have won the other night like you said? I hope you not saying that Dayton is definitely the better team and should have won, because that is not true.

 

At worst these two teams are equal, and maybe Ludlow just being a little bit better since Ludlow did win. So yeah no way as you said should Dayton have won have. Yeah they could have, but definitely not should have.

I absolutely loved the call by Coach Hornsby to go for the win with that 2 point conversion, instead of just kicking the extra point. Extra points in High School are far from guarnteed. Also they were just 3 yards away from ending the game right then and there. Instead of having to play offense and defense again, where anything can happen. Your three yards away from ending it, so you might as well go for it. Atleast I know that is exactly what I would do as well. It was just a GREAT coaching job by Coach Hornsby.
