North finished 10-13 in the 8th region. What must they do to improve?

Need more offensive weapons to complement Erin Overcash and they need someone to step forward to play PG. This will be the first NO team ever to play without Emily Crutcher, who started at PG as an 8th grader when the school opened in 2003-4. Last year, NO struggled on offense when Crutcher was out with an injury.
