The Panthers only needed one play to score their first TD and they never looked back the rest of the night. Harrison is not very good, but this may be the best that I have seen a Daviess Co. team look. They run the ball really well and throw it well also.

Cole Lanham threw for 2 touchdowns and ran in 2 more. Starting running back Jake Bevil, didn't even play. The back up Dylan Millay had 2 rushing touchdowns as well.

Millay finished with 185 yards on 13 carries.

Lanham added 135 yards on the ground and 190 more yards in the air.

Harrison and Bosse have become the laughing stock of the Evansville schools. Regardless, very impressive by DC.

I agree, Harrison is not very good at all. But it seems like not long ago, that Daviess Co. wouldn't have been able to score 42 on a middle school team. I think they are going to have a pretty good season.

No doubt.

I realize these matchups are made a year or two in advance, but it would have been nice if the powers that be in the bowl game had found a better opponent for Daviess.

It rotates around. Next year, as I understand only 2 teams from Indiana will be here with Ky teams making up the other 2 teams. "Border" in Border Bowl can include the Daviess County Border as well as State of Kentucky Border.

This would have actually been a good match up if DC had one of their usual teams. It just so happened that DC has probably the best team they have had in recent memory.
